Family Contact Services

We facilitate good quality, meaningful and purpose driven family time which is contact centre based and

community based.

The service is provided throughout the week including weekends and bank holidays. We are also able to offer out of hours contact.

We also work in partnership with various family friendly independent contact facilities we use for contact across UK.

We facilitate contact through our team of independent social workers and experienced contact supervisors in situations of care proceedings, parental separation, parental conflict or where child protection and safeguarding concerns exist. Our contact supervisors generate reports in a timely manner, provide analysis and well considered recommendations for future contact.

We facilitate contact commissioned by Local Authorities, family courts, solicitors, CAFCASS, fostering agencies and individual clients.

Our bespoke package also offers support to complete wishes and feeling work with children in situations of parental dispute, separation and divorce as well as together-apart (sibling) assessments.
