Leverage Services offers management training for senior practitioners/advanced practitioners aspiring to develop their career and become practice managers

We have a team of highly qualified and experienced team managers who will deliver excellent children and adults’ social work practices, through relationship-based and responsive support that reflects the needs of children, young people, adults and their families.

We are committed to ensuring that trainee managers have access to the tools and knowledge they need to support their teams and develop excellent management skills and encourage continuous professional development.

We help link the performance appraisal and personal development goals and help practitioners achieve their life and career goals.

We provide mentoring and support and reflection on how practitioners can use their management skills in their day to day work.

We offer talks and presentations on “Reflective management post COVID-19 pandemic” which will help your managers remain relevant in a dynamic environment. 

Equally, we are able to offer talks and presentations to suit specific organisational needs, such as on topics around high output management, problem solving skills, assertiveness, workplace productivity, employee wellbeing, strategic thinking and innovation, conflict resolution, among others.
